Yep, I would be up for this..

Don't suppose you're coming to the track training tonight? Keen to bend Keir/Harry's ear on the subject.

Unfortunately no,
I couldn't find the invite to the event anywhere.
Is there somewhere they can be found consistently?

I only ever get them sent via email. Harry sends them out but only to the people who have expressed an interest.
Check your spam/promotions folders if you're using webmail. All the CCH emails I was receiving were going that way for me till I fixed it.

As the mailouts come from mailchimp an emailing programme and not from a normal email setup you'll find a lot of people get them straight in their spam box - best to check and and let your computer know its not spam - track sessions are now invite only until the weekend before when if any places have not been taken up a message is sent to all on the list and its first come first served.
we are trying to match up two groups of 16 riders of similar abilities for each session - so its important you let harry know your accreditation level.
I know three or four others keen on doing level 4 asap and will put a shout on facebook about this. -

So I've gone ahead and booked in for the session on 16 October (next Thursday) at 9pm. There were still 7 slots available, so suggest you get in there asap.
And James, yes...just contact the velopark and book your level 1 session. Once you pass that you can do level 2, 3, etc.

Pity I only just saw this. I need to get my level 4 for the league, and was at last night's track session. I am currently booked on 27/10, but might try to change to 16/10

I have emailed Harry and asked to be sent an invite, here's hoping there's still a place left..

Ben, go via the Velodrome, not via CCH. The 16 Oct session is through them, not a session planned by the club.
Ian, if you can switch to 16/10 then great. Which group were you in last night?

I will keep you posted. I was in Kier's group last night
-
• #13
Yup...thought so. So we were riding together yesterday.

Whats the name of the Thursday session, when I called the velodrome they said all skills sessions were booked until mid Dec..

My confirmation email just calls it "Accreditation Stage 4".
Just had a quick look on the website and I think all the places for 16 Oct are now booked up.
From what I can see there are still spaces on the 12.30pm Sunday sessions through November. Maybe go for that one instead?!?

So everyone should have received their notification that there's a Track League starting at the VeloPark from November. And obviously only fully accredited riders can compete.
So I'm looking to see if there are any other level 3 people out there who'd want to plan to go for their level 4 at the same time as me. That way we can maybe train together for a session or two, just so we gel together. Otherwise you run the risk of going for accreditation with a bunch of complete strangers, which can be a nightmare.
If we can get enough of us together then maybe we can plan a Tuesday training session specifically to swot up on Level 4 requirements, then book the accreditation itself all together.
Anyone?!?
