Reminder our next indoor training session 26th August at LVV (Track Time 20:00-22:00Hrs) places are available.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES ARE 32
Our next session at The Lea valley Velodrome will be on Tuesday 26th August.
The session is for training at two levels to include drills for those looking to practice for accreditation levels 2, 3 and 4 (coached by our club coaches this is for riders who have completed their Level 1). We are making both these first come first serve using RiderHQ (links below).
The limit on the track is two groups of 16 riders with only 16 being on the track at any given time.
We are at RiderHQ for booking & payment. It may also be possible for late payments track side depending on availability.
Sessions Cost
Accreditation - £20 for adults £10 for youth (plus booking fee) .
Club Training - £15 for adults £7.50 for youth (plus booking fee)
Sessions in August - we have also opened the booking for the two sessions in August (12th/26th) both these will be Club Training sessions
Adults should use own bike or hire one from LVV - cost £10 they have Look pedals or toe straps - shoes can also be hired. Youth riders can use club bikes.
The accreditation sessions can be failed - to ensure you don't waste your money we strongly recommend getting more time on a velodrome to practise the skills needed to pass the accreditation - Herne Hill velodrome runs hundreds of training sessions all the time to suit all abilities (see here http://www.hernehillvelodrome.com/sessions_and_training/ ) as does Welwyn Velodrome.
Once you have passed the Level 3 you need to book the final Level with Lea Valley Velopark themselves (details:http://www.visitleevalley.org.uk/en/content/cms/london2012/velo-park/track/)
You will have to had to set up your membership (free) if you can't see the Level 4 as an option you will need to call them and explain that you have done the previous Levels with CCH.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
