Wednesday lunchtime would be good for me. Just drop me a text when you are around and I'll come and meet you. Maybe we could grab lunch together?
Extra small is sometimes good for me on Rapha. The jersey I was wearing yesterday was x-small and is perfect. It's the Italian one you're selling I really like.

As long as the weather holds it's a lovely ride out into Kent. I've signed up for a 9am start. Here's the link on Rider HQ - http://www.riderhq.com/events/67773/rotfl2014

Hi Laura,
Thanks for your interest in the club. You do not have to be a member of CCH before coming along on a Sunday club ride and we would be happy to see a new face. We also don't specify how many rides you can join before having to become a club member, although the membership fee is only £20 a year for adults. The only thing I would say is if you don't have much experience at riding with a group please can you read the following regarding what to expect and what is expected from you on a club run -
http://cyclingclubhackney.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/group-riding-cycling-etiquette.html
In terms of how fast and how far the rides go on Sundays this is something that is discussed on the day. We will all leave the club house together and ride to High Beach in Epping Forest as one group where we stop and divide into smaller groups depending on what people want to do.
I hope this answers your questions but please feel free to ask anymore you may have.
Hope to see you at a club run soon.
Jason

Cycling Club Hackney is dedicated to promoting cycling and cycle sport for all levels and ages in the borough of Hackney.
Club rides for adults run every Sunday morning where members and newcomers meet and socialise, these normally start at 8am from our club HQ on Nightingale Estate.
We have an active youth section to cater for young people between the ages of 8 and 18. All coaching activities are provided by qualified coaches who have attended good practice and child protection training. Our club coaches are CRB checked and are qualified with up to date First Aid certificates. Club staff and helpers are volunteers.
For more information about the club, events, youth coaching and membership visit the CCH website.
The CCH forum is where members can chat, ask questions, organise rides, plan events and start general threads related to the club and cycling. If you have a specific event or would like to start a forum thread related to a specific aspect of cycling please let us know through the general questions thread and we will add it to the site.
PLEASE REMEMBER this forum site is open to the public to view, mainly so that prospective members can see what is going on and ask questions about the club if they want to. This does mean that the site will be moderated and inappropriate postings removed. So please, NO BAD LANGUAGE and remember that the forum is NOT a place to make complaints or gripe about the club or specific club members. Repeat offenders will be banned from the site.
Hi James and thanks for taking an interest in the club. The only regular ride that goes out is the Sunday ride I'm afraid. After the ride out from Calpton we splits into several groups at Epping Forest depending on ability and the time constraints of the riders on the day. However, club members do arrange rides - often through the forum - for other times such as Saturday morning. So it is worth checking the forum regularly to see. There isn't a club Strava page put many of the club members use Strava and post club rides up there. I'm afraid all I can suggest is that you have a bit of a search on Strava for rides in the local area. Just so you know, we generally ride out into Essex or Hertford on Sundays. Hope this helps.
