Great Condition Kurt Kinetic Rock & Roll for sale - £150.00 (Originally £449.00). Bought Autumn 2012 to train for a London to Barcelona charity ride in spring 2013. Unique side to side motion lets you get out of the saddle and simulate sprints and hill climbs. Also helps training core muscles as you would naturally on the road. Perfect for winter training.
