Could I suggest a medium length training ride this week (44 miles from High Beech) so we can get back to watch the worlds? Average speed 20 mph.

Count me in. I might be out a little earlier than your normal leaving time so I'll just head along the route at around 30kph and you should catch me up. I normally get to High Beech/Kings Oak around 8.30am.

Scrub that. Bike in workshop for a fix...and the part needs to come from Holland. Not getting it back till midweek.
